This 3-hour training for tutors is designed to prepare tutors to lead an ESL Conversation Group. Registration is now closed.

Each tutor will receive a set of lessons created by experienced group leaders. Training topics include effective group facilitation and management, how to encourage students to speak, and how and when to correct student mistakes. Tutors will become familiar with the lessons and have a chance to practice activities they can do with their students.

The same workshop will be offered in 5 locations. Please choose the one that works for you. All sessions are free and open to tutors from any of our programs.
